Bowhunting squirrel

Who bow hunts squirrel?
I love to it's such a rush and an awesome challenge . This photo was from two years ago i didn't get to go much this past year and when i did didn't see anything.

got a squirrel arrow in my quiver each time I had out...I like to take out the air rifle and go after them too before they get a chance to chew on the deer sheds...LOL that is some good shootin !!!

Thanks i always have a gamehead in my quiver    The first squirrel i ever shot with a bow was at 29 yds. he was sitting on a stump at the edge of a small ravine over a creek i looked at Hank and said is that 20 yds or so and before he could answer i hit it he thought i missed and it jumped down behind i said no i hit it when he walked down there he was laying on the other side of the log with the arrow in his head. He paced it off on the way back up and said that was 29 yds dead in the head lol. I would love to get an air rifle and try that too been looking at a couple but i need one that's not so heavy .

I have always wanted to shoot a squirrel with a bow. It's defiantly a challenge. I tried it once and sent my arrow flying through the woods. Never found it either. Lol

Lol . I use G5 game heads and oh never shoot anything in the trees that are higher then you can reach lol . I love it it's a blast .

I have shot at least one squirrel a year as long as I can remember with my bow, including one that is probably still sticking to the side of the tree 30 feet up over 20 years ago.

Lol i love it . Word of advice never shoot at a squirrel with an arrow any higher then you or the person with you can reach lol.
