    So what gun do you use when you hunt turkey?
    Do you have a shot size you prefer?

    Sorry, those who hunt turkey with a bow.
    What type of broadhead do you use? Smile


    I will be using my Mossberg 835 this season. It will be my first time taking it out. Haven't decided what shot size I am going to use yet. I will be using 3.5 inch shells in this gun though.

    I use an 835 ulti mag also and shoot no. 5s out of it, if carrying the bow I use Rage 100 grain 2 blade

    Mossburg 835 UltraMag for turkey #1...Rage 2 blade for turkey number #2

    Awesome!! Sounds like the Mossberg 835 is the gun and Rage is the broadhead of choice!

    Mossberg 835 ulti-mag and 100 grain 2 bladed rage xtremes being pushed by my Athens Ibex.
